Al Maha Island

We started where every project ends... then took the story back to where it began. With Maha Island completed, the documentary opens with beauty shots of a finished project, following the familiar structure of a completed-development project film. Then the story rewinds to the initial block ceremony, taking us back to the moment the vision started. From there, we followed the transformation from zero; through the different stages of construction, 10,000 workers working around the clock, and the scale of the effort that brought the island to completion. By returning to the finished island, the film closes the loop and gives the final result context, showing not just what was built, but the challenge behind it.
